The HRE 544 is part of the legendary 540 Series — a mesh design that debuted in the late 1990s, became one of HRE's best-selling styles, and was revived for the brand's 40th Anniversary in 2018. The 544 carries that heritage forward with a refined, modern execution built to perform for decades to come.

Each wheel is CNC machined to your exact vehicle specifications from aerospace-grade 6061-T6 forged aluminum, delivering an exceptional strength-to-weight ratio while minimizing unsprung mass and rotational inertia. Available in 18" through 24" diameters — with SUV load ratings in 20"–24" — the 544 can be configured with a Rolled Lip or Flange Lip profile, Centerlock fitment, and full OE TPMS and lug hardware compatibility. Every HRE forged order includes up to $1,000 in credit toward tires, other wheels, or accessories.

Personalize your 544 with 13 standard solid finishes or choose from 61 optional transparent colors applied over brushed, polished, stone, or frozen metal surfaces — including striking two-tone combinations such as a Brushed face paired with a Polished Clear barrel. Fully custom colors are available on request. All HRE forged wheels are Made in the USA and backed by a Lifetime Limited Structural Warranty plus a 2-Year Finish Warranty.
