Refund Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned in new, unused condition within 30 days of purchase. We cannot accept returns for used items, and we reserve the right to send them back to you.
Final Sale Items
Single Wheels and Tires are final sale. This information is also clearly presented in the cart before checkout, so it is the customer's responsibility to ensure they order the correct item.
Refund Conditions
Customer Remorse:
Customer pays return shipping and a restocking fee of up to 25% may apply.
Incorrect / Faulty Items:
In the event that you receive an incorrect or faulty item, don't worry. We'll cover the cost of return shipping, and the restocking fee will be waived.
Damaged in Transit:
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We'll provide a return label at no cost to you, and the restocking fee will be waived.
Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to verify the return claim. We'll then issue a refund for the total amount, less any applicable restocking fees, back to your original method of payment within 3 business days. Please allow up to 5 business days for your financial institution to process the refund.
