Special Orders
Please note that our Standard and Expedited Shipping estimates do not apply to Special Order items from brands like Gram Lights, Work, ESR, Vors, and Rays. These brands typically take weeks to process and shipping times vary.
Shipment Facts
- Orders are usually shipped within 2 business days.
- Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
- Shipments may be delivered during business hours and may require a signature.
- Shipments may be sent in multiple packages with multiple tracking numbers.
- Customer is responsible for any return postage costs with exceptions for Incorrect Items or Wrong Fitment Items (vehicle information must be submitted with your order to qualify).
- TFS Wheels is not responsible for customer address typos or carrier delays as these are out of our control.
- We do not ship to PO boxes.
- We reserve the right to cancel your order at no charge to you if it has not yet been shipped.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with photo evidence of the damage. This helps us file a claim with the carrier and get your replacement processed quickly.
⚠️ IMPORTANT: Do NOT mount damaged wheels. Mounting damaged items voids your ability to return them.

Inventory Availability
We update our inventory levels daily to provide accurate information to our customers. Items marked as in-stock are generally available for immediate shipment. In the rare event that an item is out of stock, we will notify you promptly and provide options for alternative products or a full refund.
Order Processing Time
Please allow up to two business days for orders to ship. We strive to ship most orders on the same day they are placed, provided the order is received before our cutoff time of 1:00 PM EST.

Free Shipping
We offer FREE shipping on ALL Wheels & Accessories. Shipping cost for tires is calculated at checkout.
International Shipping
At this time, we only ship within the United States (Lower 48 states). We do not offer international shipping options.
