The www.tfswheels.com website (TFS Wheels, formerly The Fitment Specialists) is comprised of various web pages operated by TFS Wheels LLC. www.tfswheels.com is offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein (the "Terms"). Your use of www.tfswheels.com constitutes your agreement to all such Terms. Please read these terms carefully, and keep a copy of them for your reference.
www.tfswheels.com is an E-Commerce Site. TFS Wheels specializes in selling wheels, tires, and accessories all backed by our experienced fitment experts. TFS Wheels offers the tools and resources we deem necessary in simplifying the process of shopping for these items.

Electronic Communications

Children Under Thirteen
TFS Wheels does not knowingly collect, either online or offline, personal information from persons under the age of thirteen. If you are under 18, you may use www.tfswheels.com only with permission of a parent or guardian.
Website Pricing
Occasionally, erroneous price or availability listings may occur on our website or affiliate sites. While we apologize for any inconvenience, TFS Wheels reserves the right to correct inaccuracies at any time, with or without notice, and update related orders.
MAP Price
Certain manufacturers enforce a Minimum Advertised Pricing policy, preventing us from discounting these products beyond specified limits. Such discounts would void manufacturer warranties and jeopardize our authorized retailer status. If lower prices for MAP products are seen elsewhere, those retailers are unauthorized, and warranty coverage cannot be guaranteed. Our price match policy is subject to specific terms and conditions, excluding unauthorized retailers, wholesalers, rebates, liquidation prices, auction/marketplace sites, coupons, and promotional offers. Price match discounts cannot be combined with TFS Wheels promotions.
Product Images
Product images on our site may not always reflect included products. Customers must verify product compatibility using part numbers. Returns for products differing from customer expectations are accepted within 30 days.
Website Information
While we strive for accuracy, completeness, and currency on our website, occasional inaccuracies, typographical errors, and technical discrepancies may occur. Customers are encouraged to verify product details independently. TFS Wheels relies on manufacturer information and cannot be held liable for website inaccuracies. Warranty/Liability Policy
Products sold by TFS Wheels are sold as-is, with standard manufacturer warranties. We facilitate communication with manufacturers regarding warranty claims. Please note that product damage or modifications may void warranties. TFS Wheels is not responsible for any labor charges or damages resulting from product use or installation.
Return/Refund Policy
To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned in new, unused condition within 30 days of purchase. TFS Wheels cannot accept returns for used items unless approved, and we reserve the right to send them back to you. For more details, please visit our Return Policy.
Cancellation Policy
Our website is optimized for fast processing, and orders are automatically routed to warehouses approximately 30 minutes after being received (Monday-Saturday). As such, orders can be canceled within 30 minutes of placing the order for a full refund, minus a 5% fee to cover processing fees, which we incur as soon as an order is placed.
For cancellations requested after 30 minutes:

If the order has been sent from our end, received, and accepted by the warehouse, an additional 5% fee will be applied.

Once a shipping label is created, orders will be subject to a standard restocking fee of 20-25%, depending on the Wheel/Tire Brand. This fee is necessary to cover the time and effort required by the warehouse to unload, clean, prep, and pack the items for shipping. This process must be done twice: first to pack the items for shipping and again to unload them when the order is returned.
Orders placed on a Sunday can be canceled anytime before 6am EST on Monday for a full refund, minus the 5% processing fee.
Please note that once an item ships, it cannot be canceled. Customers must receive the shipment and then return it, with refunds issued based on our standard return/refund policy. For more details, please visit our Return Policy.
