www.tfswheels.com is an E-Commerce Site. TFS Wheels specializes in selling wheels, tires, and accessories all backed by our experienced fitment experts. TFS Wheels offers the tools and resources we deem necessary in simplifying the process of shopping for these items.

Website Pricing

Occasionally, erroneous price or availability listings may occur on our website or affiliate sites. While we apologize for any inconvenience, TFS Wheels reserves the right to correct inaccuracies at any time, with or without notice, and update related orders.

MAP Price

Certain manufacturers enforce a Minimum Advertised Pricing policy, preventing us from discounting these products beyond specified limits. Such discounts would void manufacturer warranties and jeopardize our authorized retailer status. If lower prices for MAP products are seen elsewhere, those retailers are unauthorized, and warranty coverage cannot be guaranteed. Our price match policy is subject to specific terms and conditions, excluding unauthorized retailers, wholesalers, rebates, liquidation prices, auction/marketplace sites, coupons, and promotional offers. Price match discounts cannot be combined with TFS Wheels promotions.

Special Orders

Special orders include custom drilled, made-to-order, or customized wheel orders that require additional manufacturing time. Processing time varies based on availability, manufacturer schedules, and customization complexity. Estimated timeframes will be provided when available but are not guaranteed.

All special orders are FINAL SALE. No returns, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be accepted once an order is submitted to the manufacturer. Due to the custom nature of these products, customers must verify all specifications and fitment requirements before ordering. Full payment is required at time of order placement.

Final Sale Items

Single Wheels and Tires are final sale. This information is also clearly presented in the cart before checkout, so it is the customer's responsibility to ensure they order the correct item.

Product Images

Product images on our site may not always reflect included products. Customers must verify product compatibility using part numbers. Returns for products differing from customer expectations are accepted within 30 days.

Products sold by TFS Wheels are sold as-is, with standard manufacturer warranties. We facilitate communication with manufacturers regarding warranty claims. Please note that product damage or modifications may void warranties. TFS Wheels is not responsible for any labor charges or damages resulting from product use or installation.

Return / Refund Policy

To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned in new, unused condition within 30 days of purchase. TFS Wheels cannot accept returns for used items unless approved, and we reserve the right to send them back to you. For more details, please visit our Return Policy.

Cancellation Policy

Our website is optimized for fast processing, and orders are automatically routed to warehouses approximately 30 minutes after being received (Monday–Saturday).

Cancellation fees (up to 10%):

• Within 30 minutes: Free – full refund
• After 30 minutes: 5% processing fee
• Order in process (labels printed or items pulled): 10% fee

Orders placed on a Sunday can be canceled anytime before 6am EST on Monday for a full refund.

Please note that once an item ships, it cannot be canceled. Customers must receive the shipment and then return it, with refunds issued based on our standard return/refund policy. For more details, please visit our Return Policy.
