We do our absolute best to make returns hassle-free for you. Please review our return policy below before initiating a return.

Return Eligibility

Items must be returned in new, unused condition within 30 days of purchase. Prior to mounting tires, we require running a test fit to ensure that there is proper caliper and suspension clearance. See our Test Fitting Guide for instructions.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned under any circumstance:

  • Single Wheels
  • Single Tires
  • Items that have been mounted
  • Special orders (custom drilled, made-to-order, or customized wheels)

This information is clearly presented in the cart before checkout, so it is the customer's responsibility to ensure they order the correct item.

Restocking Fees

Unlike other retailers, we do NOT charge a restocking fee on returns with fitment issues (wheel spec does not match vehicle) if vehicle fitment is confirmed during checkout.

Otherwise, a restocking fee of up to 25% applies.

Initiating a Return

To initiate a return, simply contact our customer service team. We'll provide you with a return label and guide you through the necessary steps to send the item back to us.

Return Conditions

The total refund amount is determined by the return category:

General Returns (Customer Remorse):

Customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. A restocking fee of up to 25% may apply.

Incorrect / Faulty Items:

We cover the cost of return shipping and the restocking fee will be waived.

Damaged in Transit:

We cover the cost of return shipping and the restocking fee will be waived. Please don't sign off on delivery if damage is visible on the packaging — this helps simplify the return process.

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to verify the return claim. We'll then issue a refund for the total amount, less any applicable restocking fees and return shipping costs, back to your original method of payment within 3 business days.
