The result is a classic mesh design built to perform and endure for decades to come.

Each 540 is precision CNC machined from aerospace-grade 6061-T6 forged aluminum, delivering an exceptional strength-to-weight ratio while minimizing unsprung mass and rotational inertia. Available in 2-Piece FMR-X® construction starting at $2,575 per wheel or 3-Piece construction starting at $2,675 per wheel, the 540 is offered in diameters from 18" to 24", with Rolled Lip or Flange Lip profiles, centerlock options, and 77 distinct finishes—all custom-built to your exact vehicle specifications. SUV load ratings are available in 20" through 24" diameters.
