Every 540C is CNC machined to your exact vehicle specifications from aerospace-grade 6061-T6 forged aluminum, delivering an exceptional strength-to-weight ratio while minimizing unsprung mass and rotational inertia. Sizes span 18" through 24", with SUV load ratings available on 20"–24" diameters, Centerlock configurations, and a choice of Rolled Lip or Flange Lip profiles. OE TPMS and lug hardware compatibility means a straightforward fitment process. Each wheel is Made in the USA and backed by a Lifetime Limited Structural Warranty and a 2-Year Finish Warranty.
Personalization options are extensive: choose from 13 standard solid finishes or expand your palette with 61 optional transparent colors applied over brushed, polished, stone, or frozen metal surfaces.
