Each 540C is crafted in the USA from aerospace-grade 6061-T6 forged aluminum, giving it an exceptional strength-to-weight ratio. The 2-piece FMR-X® construction is CNC machined to your exact vehicle specifications, available in Rolled Lip or Flange Lip profiles, and offered across 77 distinct finishes—including Polished Clear, Polished Dark Clear, and Gloss Black center combinations. Diameters range from 18" to 24", with SUV load ratings available on 20" through 24" sizes, and Centerlock configurations offered as an option.
