The 540 Series comprises four distinct designs — the HRE 540, HRE 540C, HRE 544, and HRE 544C — each sharing the same 2-piece forged construction and available in diameters from 18 to 24 inches. The "C" variants offer a concave face profile for a more aggressive, deeply sculpted look, while the standard models deliver a cleaner, more classic spoke presentation. Across all four, the 2-piece build allows for a wider range of offsets, widths, and fitment configurations than a monoblock wheel can achieve.
