What sets the S111SC apart structurally is HRE's proprietary FMR® (Forged Monoblok Rim) barrel technology. Rather than a rolled or welded barrel, the FMR® barrel is forged from the same 6061-T6 aluminum as the wheel center—delivering greater stiffness, tighter concentricity, and reduced mass compared to traditional 2- or 3-piece construction. It also eliminates the air seal required by conventional 3-piece designs. The result is a 2-piece wheel engineered to minimize unsprung mass and rotational inertia for real-world handling gains. Note: 24" fitments use the round-lip FMR-X barrel in place of the standard angled-lip barrel. Assembly bolts are available in either Visible or Hidden configurations, and titanium hardware is offered as an upgrade.
Finish choices are extensive: 13 standard solid colors are available alongside 60 optional transparent colors applied over brushed, polished, stone, or frozen metal surfaces—plus fully custom colors by request.
