Every spoke intersection, fastener flange surface, and spoke profile is precision-engineered to maximize stiffness while stripping away unnecessary mass—reducing both unsprung weight and rotational inertia for sharper throttle response and more precise handling. Available in diameters from 20" to 24", with centerlock configurations offered for compatible platforms.
At the heart of the S104SC is HRE's proprietary FMR® (Forged Monoblok Rim) barrel—a one-piece forged 6061-T6 aluminum barrel machined from the same aerospace-grade material used in HRE's one-piece wheels. Bonded to a matching forged center, the FMR® barrel delivers superior concentricity, greater rigidity, and lower mass compared to traditional 3-piece barrel construction, while eliminating the air seal that 3-piece designs require. Note that 23" and 24" fitments use the Round Lip FMR-X barrel in place of the standard Angled Lip barrel. Assembly bolt style—Visible or Hidden—is your choice, and optional Titanium Hardware is available for further weight savings.
Finish options are extensive: choose from 13 standard solid colors or explore 60 optional transparent colors applied over brushed, polished, stone, or frozen metal surfaces for a distinctive two-tone look between center and barrel. Fully custom colors are available on request. Every S104SC order is CNC-machined to your exact vehicle specifications and is compatible with OE TPMS sensors and factory lug hardware. HRE backs each wheel with a Lifetime Limited Structural Warranty and a 2-Year Finish Warranty.
