The HRE HD188 is part of the Series HD1, HRE's purpose-built forged wheel lineup engineered specifically for half-ton and three-quarter-ton pickup trucks. Starting at $3,850 per wheel, each HD188 is CNC machined to your exact vehicle specifications with custom offset options, giving you a fitment tailored to your truck rather than pulled from a shelf. With 76 available finishes, the HD188 is as visually flexible as it is structurally capable.

At the heart of the HD188 is HRE's proprietary FMR® (Forged Monoblok Rim) barrel — a one-piece forged 6061-T6 aerospace-grade aluminum barrel that delivers superior stiffness, tighter concentricity, and reduced mass compared to traditional multi-piece barrel construction. Paired with a forged aluminum center and joined with visible assembly hardware, the 2-piece architecture eliminates the air seal required by conventional three-piece wheels while keeping unsprung mass and rotational inertia as low as possible. The FMR® barrel is available in an angled lip or an optional machined lip (add $100 per wheel), and you can spec independent finishes for the barrel and center for a two-tone look.

Every HD188 ships with a standard HRE center cap; an engraved billet cap upgrade is available for $100 per wheel. OE TPMS and lug hardware compatibility means no adapters or workarounds are needed. Each wheel is backed by HRE's Lifetime Limited Structural Warranty and a 2-Year Finish Warranty, and every forged order placed through TFS includes up to $1,000 in credit toward tires, additional wheels, or accessories.
