Order Processing & Cancellation
Processing Time: Orders ship within 1–2 business days.
Cancellation Window: 30 minutes after order placement.
Cancellation Fees (up to 10%):

Order in process (labels printed or items pulled): 10% fee
Fee Waivers: All fees waived if cancellation is initiated by TFS Wheels.
Price/Stock Changes: We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors or stock availability.
Important: Some orders cannot be cancelled once processed.
Returns & Refunds

Return Conditions: Items must be in new, unused condition

Final Sale Items: Single wheels, single tires, and all accessories (installation kits, lug nuts, locks, hub centric rings, TPMS sensors) are NON-RETURNABLE

Mounted Items: Mounted wheels/tires are NON-RETURNABLE under any circumstance

Test Fitting Required: Must test fit wheels before mounting tires

Restocking Fee: 25% (see Fitment Guarantee for exceptions)

Refund Processing: 3 business days + up to 5 days for bank processing
⚠️ IMPORTANT: All items MUST be test-fitted before mounting. Once mounted, return policy is void. See our Test Fitting Guide for instructions.
Fitment Guarantee
When you provide your vehicle information during checkout:
- ✓ NO restocking fee if bolt pattern doesn't match
- ✓ NO restocking fee if our website confirmed "Direct Fit" but wheels don't fit
- ✓ We cover return shipping costs for the above fitment issues
Requirement: Items must be test-fitted before mounting. Failure to test fit voids this guarantee.
Without vehicle information:
- 25% restocking fee applies
- Buyer pays return shipping
Return Categories & Costs
General Returns: Customer pays return shipping.
Incorrect/Faulty Items: TFS Wheels covers return shipping.
Damaged in Transit: We assist with filing carrier claims. Purchase Shipping Protection for faster processing and expedited replacements.

- Tires only: 4–7 days
- Mounted & Balanced: 7–15 days
Expedited Shipping (1–4 business days):
- Available for wheels, tires, and unmounted packages
Shipping Policies:
- FREE shipping on all wheels, tires & accessories
- Multiple packages may be sent with separate tracking numbers
- Signature may be required
- No PO Box deliveries
- US shipping only (Lower 48 states)
