Purchased wheel end of April 2026.
Wheels delivered 2 weeks later, mid May 2026. Wheel spacers and lug nuts were some cheap ones from Amazon, literally sent by Amazon.
Bought new tires, Walmart attempted to install and noticed that the "guaranteed fitment" wheels were sticking out past my fender.
My first "online form" was submitted May 17th, next May 22nd, next May 29th.
Texted June 1st and received a response to email. Did that.
Received my only email from them on June 6th, asking for pictures. I already was stuck with buying new wheels while waiting to return these. Explained and emailed back - nothing.
Email again June 16th, June 19th, June 22nd, June 29th, July 7th, July 10th, and just now, July 16th. Also called on June 29th and left a message.
Absolutely no response. Absolutely no care for their customers. I've opened a dispute w/ my CC.
Jeremiah really came through on locating the right source to replace a wheel on a Bronco I purchased with an aftermarket wheel that I didn’t have specs for. Everything fit and all promises kept.
Horrible over month long experience starting with in stock products actually being on back order. After that communication broke down and weeks after my initial order they just had a local company ship me some garbage lugnuts to finish off my order instead of responding to any more of my emails. First time I ordered through them, fast shipping no issues...this time total nightmare.
I was very happy with purchase. Did have a bump with lugs. Jerrimah and worked through it. Just verify some Lexus use lug bolts instead of lug nuts. Very happy with end results
I just purchased 5 good looking wheels at a super great price. find a better price is just impossible. To get the tracking information takes a little longer like 3 or 4 days. But be patient the store is real and you are going to get your wheels very soon. I will do business with this seller again. Im 100% happy.
