TFS Wheels Monthly Sweepstakes — Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY

No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

1. Eligibility

The TFS Wheels Monthly Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law.

Employees, officers, directors, and agents of TFS Wheels (“Sponsor”) and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, prize suppliers, and members of their immediate families (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they live) or households are not eligible to enter or win.

3. Entry Period

The Sweepstakes is held on a monthly basis. Each calendar month constitutes a separate “Entry Period.” Entries are accepted beginning at 12:00:01 AM Mountain Time (“MT”) on the first day of each calendar month and ending at 11:59:59 PM MT on the last day of that same calendar month. Entries submitted outside an active Entry Period will not be eligible for that period’s drawing.

Entries reset each month. Each Entry Period is a separate, independent drawing, and entries do not carry over from one Entry Period to the next. To be eligible for a given month’s drawing, you must submit an entry during that month’s Entry Period.

4. How to Enter

To enter, during the Entry Period, visit our Share Your Build page, complete the required fields, and submit at least one (1) photograph of your vehicle featuring your wheels/tires. Submitting a build is free and open to anyone — no purchase is necessary to enter or win, and you do not need to have purchased from us to enter. Upon successful submission you will receive one (1) entry for the current Entry Period.

Only your own vehicle is eligible. The photo(s) you submit must be of your own vehicle and build. Submitting photos of another person’s vehicle or build, or images obtained from the internet or any other third-party source, is prohibited and is grounds for disqualification and forfeiture of any prize if discovered, at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

Every entry carries equal weight (one entry per person per Entry Period); there are no bonus, weighted, or purchase-based entries, so all entrants have equal odds.

Limit: One (1) entry per person, per Entry Period, regardless of the number of email addresses or devices used. Duplicate entries beyond one per period will be disqualified. Entries generated by script, macro, bot, or any automated means are void.

5. Prize

Each month, one (1) Grand Prize winner will receive two hundred dollars ($200 USD), awarded as a prepaid Visa card or, at Sponsor’s option, by ACH bank transfer. The prize is NOT an order discount, coupon, or refund applied to a prior or future purchase.

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $200 USD per Entry Period.
No substitution, assignment, or transfer of prize is permitted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize becomes unavailable.

6. Odds of Winning

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during each Entry Period. Each Entry Period is an independent drawing; entries do not carry over from one period to another.

7. Winner Selection and Notification

Within five (5) business days after the close of each Entry Period, one (1) potential winner will be selected by a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during that period. The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor or its authorized representative.

The potential winner will be notified by email at the address provided at entry within five (5) business days of the close of the Entry Period. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within five (5) business days of the first notification attempt, or is found to be ineligible or non-compliant with these Official Rules, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected from the remaining eligible entries at Sponsor’s discretion.

8. Taxes and Reporting

Winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes on the prize. Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC (or other applicable tax form) if required by law. Winner may be required to provide a valid Social Security Number or Tax Identification Number before the prize is awarded.

9. General Conditions

By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, violates these Official Rules, or submits an entry that does not depict the entrant’s own vehicle.

Entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its officers, employees, and agents from any claim, injury, loss, or damage arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.

10. Privacy

Personal information collected from entrants will be used solely to administer the Sweepstakes and to contact the winner. Please review our Privacy Policy for information about how we collect, use, and share personal data.

11. Disputes

These Official Rules and any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to the Sweepstakes are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. By entering, each entrant agrees that any such dispute or claim shall be resolved exclusively in the state courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming (Fourth Judicial District) or in the United States District Court for the District of Wyoming, and each entrant consents to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts and waives any objection to such jurisdiction or venue.

12. Winner List

To request the name of the winner for any Entry Period, send a stamped, self-addressed envelope to: TFS Wheels, Attn: Sweepstakes Winner List, 1309 Coffeen Avenue, Sheridan, WY 82801. Requests must be received within sixty (60) days after the close of the applicable Entry Period.
