Built to deliver capable, everyday performance at an accessible price point, Laufenn draws on Hankook's decades of engineering knowledge to develop tread designs and rubber compounds aimed at improving grip and long-term durability across a wide range of driving conditions.

The brand's lineup is organized into distinct product families tailored to specific vehicle types and driving needs — including the S Fit series for ultra-high performance, the G Fit line for touring and all-season use, and the X Fit range covering SUVs, light trucks, and all-terrain applications. Laufenn also holds a global sponsorship position with the UEFA Europa Conference League, a partnership that supports its continued growth and recognition across European markets.

Frequently Asked Questions

What does 35x12.50R18LT128R mean?

35 is the tire's overall diameter in inches, 12.5 is its section width in inches, and R18 is the 18-inch rim it mounts on. 128 is the load index (3,968 lbs per tire), and R is the speed rating (up to 106 mph).

Is the X FIT AT2 a true all-weather tire or just a standard all-season?

The X FIT AT2 carries the Three-Peak Mountain Snowflake (3PMSF) certification, which means it has passed industry testing for severe snow traction — something a standard all-season tire is not required to meet. That makes it a genuine all-weather all-terrain option rather than a basic all-season. That said, if you face sustained extreme ice or deep snow conditions, a dedicated winter tire will still offer a higher level of performance.

What is the tread life warranty on the X FIT AT2?

The X FIT AT2 comes backed by a 50,000-mile limited tread life warranty. To get the most out of that coverage, follow standard maintenance practices such as regular tire rotations and keeping tires properly inflated.

How does this tire perform on the highway compared to off-road?

The X FIT AT2 is designed to handle both paved and unpaved surfaces competently. Its symmetrical tread and sipe pattern support stable highway driving, while the reinforced shoulders and durable carcass help it hold up on rougher terrain. Like most all-terrain tires, it will produce more road noise than a dedicated highway or touring tire, which is a normal trade-off for the added off-road capability.

What vehicles is the X FIT AT2 designed for?

This tire is built specifically for light trucks and SUVs. With 48 sizes spanning 15-inch through 20-inch rim diameters, it covers a wide range of popular truck and SUV fitments, from mid-size pickups to full-size four-wheel-drive SUVs.

Is Laufenn a reputable brand, or is it a low-quality budget tire?

Laufenn is a brand owned and backed by Hankook, a major South Korean tire manufacturer with decades of global engineering experience.
